- A missed court date: contact the county or municipal court that set the appearance
- Resolution: speak with a licensed Georgia attorney and the issuing court about recall, appearance, surrender, or bond
- An arrest warrant tied to a charge: the issuing court sets the charge and bond; the sheriff's warrant unit serves it
